This page describes how to install the module.
Prerequisites:

• Sitecore CMS 6.6.0 rev. 131211 (6.6.0 Update-7) or later
• The Sitecore Item Web API 1.2 rev. 140128.zip file that you downloaded

The Sitecore Item Web API module is distributed as a Sitecore package. To install it, use the Sitecore Installation Wizard. You can access the Installation Wizard by navigating as follows:

• via Sitecore Desktop: Sitecore » Development Tools » Installation Wizard.
• via Sitecore Control Panel: Administration » Install a Package.
